Actual Condition

This vessel has been thoughtfully modified and partially upgraded, offering a solid foundation for customization. The original cruiser bridge was removed due to water damage and rotting wood. The current owner has another sport bridge but needs to be reworked to fit, running the harness through a head-built chaseway into the sport bridge pipework was the intended plan. Top glasswork is completed, and rod holders are ready for aft installation.

Engines & Mechanical:
? Twin Caterpillar 3116 engines, 300 HP each.
? Engines ran until haul-out; likely require routine service.
? Air conditioning is operational and winterized, though the through-hull valve requires replacement due to a leak.

Interior:
? Soft panels repaired or replaced as needed.
? Portside bunk modified to fit a twin mattress.
? All cushions for the forward V-berth included.

Electronics & Bridge:
? No electronics installed.
? Bridge and dash need refitting to the vessel, allowing room for custom installation.
