  General Condition
The light and airy Sunsail 404 combines the virtues of the much loved Sunsail 444 and 384. Neither too big nor too small, this versatile catamaran has all the mod-cons to put it at the very forefront of the fleet. An open-plan salon and sliding doors, allow easy access via the salon to bow and stern.

The 4 private, spacious and cool double-cabins share 2 larger heads and shower spaces between them. The cabins offer plenty of storage space and adequate head room for comfortable living.

On deck, the helm position provides good visibility and control. Electric winches make for easy sail trimming, while a relatively large sail area combines with a forgiving low aspect rig to balance power and stability. Wonderfully accommodating on a Caribbean mooring buoy and an easy to squeeze in stern-to in the Med, this robust cruiser is a pleasure to charter the world over.
  Actual Condition
It is reported that this Robertson & Caine was damaged during Hurricane Maria. The port and starboard hull sides, outside, show delamination, scratches and some gouges. The keels, rudders and props appear ok. The Canopy appears to be in good condition and the dinghy bracket looks fair. The engines were flooded.

The boom is on the deck and some sails are in the sail locker forward. The generator and tanks look good and the electrical panel appears dry. The stove and fridge appear ok too. The ceiling panels are down in the salon. Both the port and starboard A/C's look useable. The forward window over the sink is cracked but other windows look good along with the doors.

UPDATE AS OF 02/18/2019

Damage resulted from boat taking on water while on land storage. Both motors were flooded over the top with fresh water. There was so much water that the keels are buckling in the bottom of the boat. We drilled holes in each side to relieve water and allow it to drain. Main electric panel missing, 1-A/C missing, lighting missing. Has Gen Set, Boom, and Sails are in locker as of 2-18-19. The engine looks untouched except for there is no coolant cap on the heat exchanger. Electrical panel at Nav station is missing as are the relays behind it. The electrical relays at the battery area are gone. Most of the stanchions are missing.
