is reported this vessel sank over the winter months.
The insurance company was unable to determine
cause.The vessel was placed back in the water
and didn't take on any water. No apparent holes
in hull or decks. Vessel will need cleaning, detailing
and some rewiring. Vessel shows some scuffs on
the starboard side although this is a scum line
and mud line in the photos...

is reported the interior upholestery is in good
condition. The hull is faded and chaulky
and the exterior cushions are weathered and dirty.The
seal strip from the refrigerator, the bath door
handle and the electronics are missing.
