It was reported, due to high wind gusts and suggested improper staging on the hard, the 35’ Beneteau toppled over on her starboard side, causing two punctures (one in the forward cabin and another in the cockpit lazarette/ head compartment) from the boat stands.
The mast and rigging entangled in a neighboring vessel. The mast (broken at the top of the spreaders) had taken on damage and should be reviewed. Some notable damages are the abrasions from the gravel causing gel coat and paint damage (easy fix), delamination around the bulkhead and bent toe rail. She will need some TLC. However, she will be a great project vessel for someone. Send in your offers!!
