  General Condition

"Casablanca" is a 1989 Burger 98’ Raised Pilothouse, built originally as an 87’, but has had an 11’ transom extension added at the Rybovich Boatyard in 2006. As reported, this Burger underwent a major refit in 2010, which included interior joinery, soft goods and furniture.

This Burger is a Semi-displacement, deep-V entry, wide beam, dual helm stations at pilothouse and bridge deck, three state rooms, crew and captains quarters, five heads, main salon and dining area. The large fuel and water capacity makes this Burger 98 a comfortable and spacious motor yacht for inland, coastal and offshore long range cruising.

The hull, deck and superstructure are constructed of aluminum. Large foredeck and deck walkways are surrounded with safety teak and stainless steel hand and cap rails, ending mid-ship at port and starboard sliding doors accessing the interior. Aft open self-bailing cockpit accessed down the teak overlay steps and aft deck.

The full width main salon, is accessed from sliding doors at aft-deck and port and starboard decks mid-ship. Forward of the salon is the formal dining area with table, providing seating for ten and a walk-up buffet wet bar at the forward bulkhead.

Midway to starboard, is the stairwell down to the twin guest staterooms with individual head and enclosed showers. Forward of dining area, to port, is the staircase down to the engine compartment aft and forward master stateroom with his and hers heads and center shower/Jacuzzi.

Forward and to starboard of the dining area, is the passageway, giving access to the day head and pilothouse. Passageway leads to the country-style, fully equipped galley, and spacious informal dining.

Forward to starboard, is the stairwell down to the crew and captains quarters, with shared head and enclosed shower. To port is the aft facing steps up to the bridge deck companionway. Large bridge deck with centerline forward helm station and seating. Aft of bridge, deck is the tender storing area with port and starboard davits and aft stairs down to the lower aft deck.
