Commissioned and built by a world renowned naval architect / engineer in 2005, here in Southeast MI on beautiful pristine fresh water lake St. Clair.
This tug is #003 of 3 ever built.
Attention to detail and quality are abundantly evident throughout the vessel; from its top of the line Westerbeke Diesel, to its full complement of high end electronics.
This Mini Tug has many one-off precisely engineered components, as seen in its custom-made mast and curved pilothouse, just to name a few.
Only the best components and materials were used in its build.
Cost was not a factor...only quality and dependability. She was built with an open checkbook.
This vessel has over 1250 documented hours in its build.
From its curved pilothouse with custom made windows, to its exacting proportions, this tug stands alone in its class.
She has taken top accolades and awards in multiple boat shows. It is always a crowd-pleaser.
This Mini Tug, due to its precise engineering, is a very stable, big water boat...especially for a 16' vessel.
She can handle just about anything mother nature has to offer!
The pilothouse is very spacious with its 6'4" of head room and wall-mounted flip up seating option.
Full Westerbeke gauge package; It sips fuel, less than a gallon an hour at full throttle!
It was even engineered with dual 12.5-gallon tanks for better weight distribution and ballast. Tanks can be toggled between them with a dash-mounted switch.
This Mini Tug shows beautifully! The exterior shines like a sheet of glass, as seen in photos. Always stored in our heated carriage house under its $2000.00 custom snap on cover. You could eat off the engine and bilge floor. Spotless!
The trailer was custom engineered for the boat; extremely well-built.
The boat tows very well. It comes in at a 1/2 ton towable 3600 lbs.
