Condition
Owner returned camper voluntarily back to bank. Trailer
needs a general cleaning overall, otherwise in good
condition. Exterior is clean overall, there is
a rear ladder, 15' awning, and 2 doors (one in rear).
Interior is lightly worn and she has a single slide
for the living / dining area, with a convertible dinette,
pull out sofa, TV, and A/C. There is a recliner and
chair in rear sitting area. The kitchen includes an
oven / stove, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator /
freezer, and double sink. Forward is a bedroom with
a queen bed, full separate bathroom with sink, tub shower
and toilet.
