General Description
The salon has a convertible sofa that sleeps two. The starboard dinette seats four and converts to sleep two. The forward V-berth sleeps two.

Actual Condition
On 11/22/2006 an explosion occurred at an industrial building adjacent to the subject property resulting in catastrophic property damage. Approximately 100 boats were damaged at the marina to various degrees.

The explosion caused a violent shock wave producing a sudden spike in pressure followed by sudden drop in pressure. The spike in pressure caused compression followed by a drop in pressure resulting in a stronger "wind" than a naturally occurring tornado. The result was compression damage of property followed by a "vacuum" like effect.

The explosion caused rear door and bulkhead damage. The hardtop was lifted damaging trim around headliner as well as knocking off the rear door and wood panel. This vessel was in very good condition prior to the explosion. It was reported that there are new fuel tanks, stuffing boxes, hot water tank, pumps, oil change system, sea strainers, mufflers, and algrip paint job throught out the engine room. She has new electrical panels and wiring. It will make an easy repair for a handy man.
