General
Description
The
boat was launched for the first time in June 2003. It
crossed the Atlantic and visited the Azores, the Canaries,
Madeira, Senegal, and Gambia. It is at present 'on the
hard' in the Caribbean.
Actual Condition
It is reported that at the time of the last hurricane
in spring 2008, it was pushed into a quay resulting
in minor damage to the hull. Adriane V consists of a
steel hull with all work carried out by professionals.
The cockpit
has three large trunks which are used as benches and
those are covered with slats of jatoba. This is a pleasant
space to sail, eat or sleep and it has a hood and a
red rain awning.
The interior
has sheathing with tints of mahogany on the insulating
slabs of 3cm covered with aluminum paper on the two
faces and a white ceiling. Floors, table, table with
chart, moldings, cupboards, drawers, and floors are
jatoba.
Cabin and
berth double in bow, shelves, large boxes under the
beds, two opening port-holes, a window hatch (24 X 24
Po). Head with toilet, wash basin, hot water, cold water,
shower, non-skid perforated floor, shower pump, cupboards,
counter, mirror, and port-hole.
Square:
a telescopic table is transformed into double berth
with the comfortable benches in half-moon around of
the table. A large bench on the side starboard is used
as bed of quarter. The handrail is Jatoba along the
ceiling of the square, cupboards, trunks under the benches,
filing spaces behind the back of the seats, 4 port-holes,
a window hatch (24po X 24po) supplement this space.
The L shape
kitchen is located on the port side with counter, two
stainless wash basins , cupboards, Oregon stove with
alcohol, refrigerator, etc.
The staircase
which leads to the cockpit is removable and gives access
to the engine.
Equipment
Volvo propeller, aluminum mast of 11.40 meters,
Bôme roller, many extras. All sails are "deep-sea
"quality. 2 stainless water tanks with inspection
door: total capacity of 160 liters. Watermaker 120 (dessalinisator).

is not included in this sale.
Fuel
tank: A reserve of 60 liters located under the cockpit close to the
engine and a space of 120 liters in the skittle.
Motors
and Machinery
No
statement of condition can be made regarding motors, engines or machinery, whatsoever.
A photo may appear of the engine compartment and machinery, but it is entirely
the buyers responsibility to inspect and determine their actual condition.
* On occasion we
receive unverified information regarding mechanical
condition: "Engine is reported to have 500 hours
on it".
