General
Description
The
yacht has a salon with single cabin, right forward,
and with the head and galley on the port side of the
salon. Bulkheads are paneled with a stained teak and
deckheads are lined with an
off white vinyl material.
The master
cabin is located right forward. The cabin is accessed
through a sliding door just to port of the center line
of the salon forward bulkhead. Two portlights are fitted
one in each of the port and starboard sides.
A double bed is fitted on the center line and there
are adequate hanging lockers and storage drawers. The
salon appears adequate for the size of boat. The deck
is teak and holly and the bulkheads are lined with stained
wood. There is leatherette seating on the starboard
side of the salon and the fore and aft, outboard, settee
converts into a over and under bunk.

It was reported that the yacht had been damaged in one
of the hurricanes in 2005.
It was also reported a hole had been made above the
water line on the starboard side in the cabin. The current
owner purchased the yacht after the damage occurred
and has spent the last 18 months repairing her to good
standards.
The
following work was reportedly carried out:
The yacht had only been returned to the water
in June 2007
The yacht was hauled - the underwater hull was
blasted and new anti fouling applied
New sacrificial anodes had been fitted
The starboard side damage and scratching of the
port side had been repaired and the hull and superstructure
had been painted
Through hull fittings were replaced.
Electrical wiring was replaced and a new breaker
panel was fitted.
Galley appliances were replaced. Interior soft
furnishings, including seating and mattresses were replaced.
A new air conditioning compressor was fitted
All electrically operated pumps were replaced
A new hot water tank was installed
Navigation electronics were replaced
The hull to deck join rub rail was renewed over
approximately 75%
New PVC and EISIN glass was provided
