General Description
"Salamander" is a round bilge, steel, ketch rigged motor/sailer with both inside and outside steering stations. The design is the 'Caleo 2' by Robert Tucker, a well known British yacht designer.

The hull was reportedly built by the Aberwystwyth Boat Works in Wales, U.K., with the interior being finished by subcontractors. Construction was started in 1998 and the vessel was reportedly launched in July 1999. She has two (2) gold anodized Kemp masts, five (5) sails, and is poweredby a 120hp. Ford Lehman inboard diesel engine with a PRM gearbox and an Aquadrive drive system.

Actual Condition

Yachts like this are rarely seen on the market. This is a solidly constructed, bluewater motor sailer that can take you anywhere you want to go in comfort. The interior is very accommodating and spacious. There is standing headroom throughout.

The exterior has wide walkways for easy passage and plenty of open deck space. This yacht is well equipt. Due to distance and cost the present owner must sell. The boat is now on the hard and ready to view. This yacht is the boat you have been hoping for.
Don't let it get away!
