Actual
Condition
On 11/22/2006 an explosion occurred at an industrial
building adjacent to the subject property resulting
in catastrophic property damage. Approximately 100 boats
were damaged at the marina to various degrees.
The explosion
caused a violent shock wave producing a sudden spike
in pressure followed by sudden drop in pressure. The
spike in pressure caused compression followed by a drop
in pressure resulting in a stronger "wind"
than a naturally occurring tornado. The result was compression
damage of property followed by a "vacuum"
like effect.
This boat
has broken windows, doors do not fit properly. The hull
bottom appears to be in good condition.

be made regarding motors, engines or machinery, whatsoever.
A photo may appear of the engine compartment and machinery,
but
it is entirely the buyers responsibility to inspect
and determine their actual condition.
